So it's been awhile faithful followers and mom....

To sum up the last few years of my life I think a simple "eh" would do. Nothing cool has really happened. I mean I guess I got my private pilot's license (only a lifelong dream)and last year I worked my butt off to earn an instrument rating but beyond that I have just been sitting here in my chair (even though the chair has changed) thinking about things. And by things I mean a thing.

Anyway being here at central is great and I've loved most of the time. I mean when in our lives are we allowed to be irresponsible and do whatever we want? High school??? I think not, high school was where we were supposed to focus and put all of our effort and attention into our scholarly activities. Oh and I was just guessing college is where people do that because I haven't yet. I just did spell check btw and only three words were spelled wrong. I find that amazing because if you were to look at a homework I was supposed to type up you would find it absolutely rife with spelling errors.

So at this point I'm not quite sure what to do. I mean I could start throwing huge words around to make it seem like your reading a woody allen movie (I've only seen one) and make it funnier. But I don't roll like that, I roll like this; why do they even waste the materials involved with putting the "C" and blue label on a shower faucet telling us which side is cold?!?!?! Has anyone ever used that? I mean really who in their right mind would even want the water coming out of their shower faucet to be cold? OK, I know some of you out there are going to be like "Well incredibly funny and handsome blog writer, after I work out nothing feels better than a cold shower." To them I would say, "I've never worked out so I have no idea what your talking about." But seriously people, that cold part of the shower faucet is dumb and a waste of blue things. Isn't the color blue like a really hard one to make? I think I saw something on the history channel once about how blue was a tough color to make in ancient Egypt because how the ancient Egyptians did everything is how I base my everyday values in terms of what is easy to do and what is not easy to do.

I worked with this crazy sailor over the summer at my job at a boat store and it just dawned on me that writing what he told me here would have literally make me a hundred thousandair but oh well, I can't remember most of what he said. Maybe I'll try to think of some of the things he said to put on here for next time. So there owen, dont delete this from your favorites just yet.

Sorry about not making that many posts. Don't worry, it's not because I'm busy, I'm just super lazy. Also, I broke my arm the other day and i was going to have this big long-winded post on the year 2009 and how it was the greatest and worst year of my life. Because there were no big parties tonight, I am here sitting in my dorm room on a Friday. Yea, this is totally out of the ordinary...me just sitting here...doing nothing.

But anyway I was flipping through the channels and noticed that the MTVU Woody awards are on. Now I don't know why a Woody is called a Woody award but I am about to explain the reasoning behind my ignorance. I'm pretty sure the only reason there is an MTVU awards show is to visually and musically tell me how not cool I am. to give these awards to bands I've never heard of just shows me how out of touch I am with apparently my peers. I mean we were all the same in high school but now like they all wear flannel and have scraggly beards and are featured in Levi's commercials and listen to bands I've never ever heard of. I mean like where do these bands become popular? Word of mouth? I honestly have no idea.

Like what colleges do they even poll for these things? Obviously not Central Washington University. It's probably like all those liberal arts colleges back in the north east. Not like the good ones like Princeton or stuff but those second tier types. Or maybe just all those super cool kids that don't go to college and live in their parents basement and don't have a job and tell YOU how pathetic YOU are for wanting to be friends still...

I haven't posted in a little while and I'm not sure how much I will be in the next couple of days. School is starting to wind down because the end of the quarter in fast approaching and things are going to become very hectic around here. I really don't have much to say except Mike Rowe should host the Oscars. That guy would be perfect.

Well it's about time that I post again. I'm actually just trying to kill some time between finishing my homework and taking a shower before bed. I might have all this energy because I just ate a couple Reese's peanut butter cups or because I've just been in an overall state of nervousness because of college life...among other things. But school has been going really well and flying has been going very nicely. Both my instructor and I have seen steady improvement over these last couple of flights. We're suppose to solo before winter break and that's a little more than a month away...

SO some of you who read this regularly may be wondering what my roommates are like seeing as I've had over a month to get to know them. Well to tell you the truth I really don't know. The most I ever say to them is "Hey" or "Hey man" or "Sup" or "Sup dude." Little more than that is seldom spoken. But so far as I can tell, two of them leave pretty much every weekend and the one other guy like stays at his girlfriends house a lot of them time. So there have been a couple of weekends where I have had the whole dorm to myself. Not like I do anything with it. But yea, I fly tomorrow at 7 a.m. so I guess I better start winding down. I'll post up again soon.

I'm not really sure what to write in this post but I am mainly using it as an excuse to not study for my aircraft systems test...haha.

I guess I'll talk about flying. It's awesome. The one thing I am disappointed about is that I'm not really able to look out of the plane as much as I would like. To like look at how high above the ground we are or what types of building and such we are flying over. They're mostly farm houses but it's still cool looking at them from the air.

My flight training is going well and I look forward to every flight. But I'd be lying if I didn't say I had a few butterflies every time I contort myself to fit into the C-152 transport. That's funny because the word "transport" makes it seem like its a big plane when in fact it is apparently the second smallest primary training aircraft in the United States. They are really good airplanes to learn to fly in except it being a high wing, it's kind of hard to judge turns correctly to the left which is the traffic pattern we normally fly.

Today we did seven touch and goes and the workload is definitely starting to be transferred from my instructor to me. I have to take care of all the checklists and radio calls in addition to flying the aircraft correctly and safely. But I am getting them down and I notice definite improvement in my ability to fly and multi-task from flight to flight. Well that's all for tonight folks!

So I'm not quite sure who reads this anymore but my views from the last post went up like 15 and only like four of them were me. So maybe there are people who I don't know who read this that find my dry sense of humor which really hasn't been that funny lately, funny. Or maybe its just my mom looking everyday...

So this has really been a typical Sunday for me. Wake up at ten and turn on the TV to watch football in bed. Then eventually drag myself to the shower for a quick rinse off before going back to my room to do some of my pounds of homework. Then sometime during that homework I will get completely sidetracked and for no apparent reason get a headache that just won't go away.

But yes college has been really fun. It's kind of cool just being able to do whatever you want whenever you want. It's not like I've really done anything out of the ordinary yet but just having that degree of freedom is awesome. Knowing your parents (and you) trust youself enough to pay for you to move away from home to college where all you really need to do is show up to class every so often. Hahahaha, but nonetheless I still have yet to miss a class, they are my social highlights of the week!

I'm not sure if I mentioned this but one of my roommates has a mini recording studio set up in his room so all I ever hear is this one beat for this one song he has been working on for weeks. All of his rapping is auto-tune so is just robot voice all day and all night. It's cool though, hes a nice guy and keeps the swift track cutting to a minimum at night. I still have yet to ask him if I can record myself telling of mischievous hijinks's... while on a boat!!!!!

So here I am, sitting in the library at Central Washington University in Ellensburg. Sipping my coffee in my new CWU thermos wrapped up in a wool scarf because of the cold and pondering the meaning of the Universe. Okay, I had to have a little fun. I'm actually sitting in my dorm room, secluded, with the door locked while one of my roommates blasts rap music. I'm sure he just finished his homework too...hahaha

College has actually been really fun. I've met lots of new people and we're still kinda in the first few weeks of the "I'm a freshmen so please be nice to me" understanding with the upperclassmen. One thing I have noticed is how nice people are here. Doors are almost always held open for the person behind you and when you meet someone a handshake regardless of gender is offered. Okay I haven't met any girls but I'm sure they would be nice too...hahaha. But if practicing what I would say if one was to talk to me counts...then I've met hundreds.

My classes are all pretty cool except I have to get to the airport from my math class in 15 minutes...with no car. So needless to say, I've become friends with a lot of people who have cars. The only non-aviation class I have is math and...welll...uhhh it'll take a little bit to get back into the swing of things.

And Flying. Flying is absolutely awesome. I've only flown three times so far but I have another one tomorrow. I'm kinda starting to get the hang of turns and such. My instructor said I was her best taxier so far and was really impressed with my better-than-beginner landing skills. I guess a thousand hours on flight simulator (even if most of it is landing 737's on aircraft carriers) counts for something!

And so ends the worst summer of my life. I had a few good days thrown in there but they about had they effect, okay i can't like of a good metaphor but yeah it was bad.

But tomorrow I will officially start college and leave this behind me. It's not that I want to leave anything here behind, in fact I'm nervous and scared about what college and my future of not being a kid will be like. But we all have to do it. Let's hope the next 12 months are as polar opposite as possible to the last 3!

I kinda just had an epiphany. Anybody who freely and willingly admits they are a "dork" or "nerd" or "loser" are not. They are generally better than you, more popular, more attractive to the opposite sex and are better at handling themselves around said opposite sex. They just say they're one to either sound cooler around their friends or they're being sarcastic.

Oh man, that was like a pretty good rant. Not too mean but I got my point across in a very stern way. Yeah cool. Oh and I leave for college in less than 48 hours!!!

I feel that because I have started to look at this blog on a regular basis, I should update it more. I really only look at it in hopes of seeing on my view counter that other people have looked at it. I do this because one time I looked at this blog a few days after I made my first post in a few weeks and saw that my views went up by like ten. So each day after my last post I looked to see if anyone else had decided to experience the awesomeness that is this blog...well if they did I can't tell.

But anyway I went to Bumbershoot for the first time in as long as I can remember. My mom says that when I was a lot younger we went to it like every year but this is the first time that I like actually went on my own accord. And wow! I want to go back every year. I can see why so many people and mainly kids of similar age like to attend. Jason Mraz and Michael Franti were the headliners for the day I went and I must admit, I had no idea who Franti was and was very surprised that he was a prime time act on the main stage. But honestly after experiencing the music, I think Franti did a much better job than Mraz. He only really had one famous song but his songs were much more fun. Mraz was too laid back and didn't play all his hits so I was kind of disappointed. But overall I had a great time and I will be going back next year.

But during the concert, like every kid I assume, I thought about how awesome it would be to be in a really famous band. Not necessarily a good one, but a big, famous one. And of course (like every time I let my mind wonder down the track of how cool it would be if I actually was good at playing my guitar) I thought about what my bands name would be. Now for anyone who hasn't thought about that, you really should. I imagine naming my book will go down some sort of naming journey. My book will be something like "My Life and Times" or "How to Warm a Bench" or "Remember Me? I'm that Loser from Spanish Class" but I'm sure when the time comes, I will be on the ball and not be this lazy and come up with something much more cleverer. Sorry guys, this post went downhill fast, I'll try not to be half asleep when I write the next one.

So college is starting soon and I really hope to start update this more regularly when I get there so people can see how I'm doing and what it's like going to college and learning to fly. So everyone out there should really keep there fingers crossed that happens because I know you all want to know how I'm doing.

But anyway what I wanted to post on here was about those TV shows that show you how to survive things. Like Bear Grylls in Man vs. Wild and that new show about how to survive disasters. So Bear's stuff is all well and good but what I find odd is the situation under which issuing medical care would become necessary. On the surviving disasters show he uses this kind of flutter dressing to cover a bullet wound that hit a lung. Allowing air from the wound to escape but not enter. So what I was thinking is what if this actually happened? Imagine someone asking you while your trying to administer first aid to a gunshot wound, "Are you a doctor?" You would have to be like "No...I uhhhhh saw this on a TV show..." As much as I love these types of shows that is almost as useful as saying you stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night. The look that person would get on your face when you admit you once saw this on a show at 3 in the morning while you were eating ice cream would be priceless. So if this ever happened to me I would just lie and say my mom was a nurse and hope all goes well. Good luck if you ever find yourself in that situation!

Man this blog is snooze-ville. I wish I had some cool stuff to put on here so maybe even I would look at it more. But now that I find myself typing I just feel like continuing. Okay, now that feeling I had a second ago is wearing off...great.

So yeah it's summer now and I am in a very intensive job search. Hahaha, no I'm not. Okay well yes I am. I applied to Safeway and QFC so I'm hoping I hear back from them but I don't know if I will. But I never heard back from Kenmore Airlines, oh well, it would have been really cool to work there but I guess it's noting going to happen. Okay well that's enough of a post so I'll wind it down. I might do little updates like this more often because I get way too lazy when it comes to updating this thing. We went to Boeing and did a job shadow thing with school. It was awesome because we got to go in a 737 cockpit and do a full walk around and all the panels and bay doors and engines were open so it was really cool because we got to see practically every nook and cranny of the airplane.

So well sorry I forgot to post up until now but the thing is that when I like say I'm going to do it, I just get lazy and don't. Oh well I'll try to do at least something more frequently but today really isn't a good day as I am presenting my senior project tomorrow and I should just sit around and worry about that. But no, I think it's a better idea to take my mind off it and write something on here for all of you guys to read.

So what is with this weather we're having? Am I right or am I right? Yeah well baseball is uhhhh..going. I do not want to comment on how good or bad the team is but I see no reason why we shouldn't be really good. We lost one jamboree game and won the other one. We then proceeded to lose against Ballard in our first actual game. I started and was pitching really well but gave up five runs through three innings. Now I'm pretty sure all of them were unearned but one might have been. Yeah, we didn't play very good defense.

Okay well that is enough for tonight and I will try to post again as soon as I get enough strength up to do it.

Well seeing as how my blog is now linked over from some other blog for students at our high school, I feel I owe it to everyone to start putting my humor back online. So yeah, that's right peers, I'm back. But uhhhh... now I just have to think of some funny things to say...

I started this during baseball season last year so I'll try as hard as I can to recap our games. For all you new readers (I hope) the name of this blog is in reference to baseball and striking out while looking; hence caught looking. The up part has to do with my love of aviation. So no, it doesn't have to do with being caught looking up a skirt which if you type that phrase in on google is all you get. Its like I was caught looking up at airplanes. So yeah, I think it's pretty clever.

Okay so I'll keep this one short as a good way to get back into the blogging zone. The baseball team has its jamboree tomorrow. It's just two games of 3 innings. We should dominate seeing as how our team is almost all seniors. Okay, that's enough for tonight and I will post up more often now.

Well its been a long time since I've done a post so I thought I'd throw one up here. School is kinda great. My classes are easy and being second semester senior I have an excuse to phone it in if I want to. I don't have a 6th period and it's just okay. It's not as awesome as I though it was going to be. I only know a few people who don't have one and they all usually go home and I'm not about to sit by myself in the library. I feel I like would almost rather stay at school though because I do enough sitting around at home by myself on the weekends and after school, why would I just want to sit around a little longer by myself? Because flight simulator really starts to get boring after you've kinda done everything fun in that game and Jim Rome is Burning is the worst sports show on TV. Whatever it's fine, I just sit here but I might post more due to my extra 50 minutes of free time.

So yeah I can't really think of any more things to say...

Oh I got accepted to Embry-Riddle and I am going to visit it in a few weeks. It's going to cost a ton of money to go there but it's well worth going there to see what the campus is like. Oh and it doesn't hurt it is in Florida and I haven't gone a vacation since summer and it'll be a good time to just get away from all the tough college stuff and everything going on up here. Man faithful reader, my bad. I really should post in this more, especially if I want to on day turn it into a book. Well I guess my book is going to be about my life and it's gonna have a lot of things that I have wanted to say to a lot of people but really feel saying it to their face isn't the best forum ;) I just kidding guys but I do actually have to post in this more. I think I am going to try to do it every other day because soon enough, if all goes to plan, I should be blogmaster general for the Roosevelt News website. Oh cats out of the bag, you didn't hear that from me.

But anyway Christmas was small this year but I did get some pretty good gifts. The main ones were an airplane dork shirt (like shirt they were in the Bahamas, not like a dorky shirt) so I hope there is a tropic day at the next spirit week, an airplane tie so I hope there is another professional dress day at spirit week and an airplane model that I'm just going to walk around school carrying in my hand anyway. No but really I think I'm going to bring it to the next Aviation club meeting. Which btw, is thriving. We might actually get more than one girl to come to our next meeting. Fingers crossed for that one.

But regarding aviation club I want to talk about my quest for a airline beverage cart. Like the ones the push through the cabin when you get your complementary drink or ever increasing $2 for a cup half filled with soda and the other half ice service. So I want to get one for diversity week so Aviation club can raise some money. I want to have Jackson and I dress up like pilots or male flight attendants (yes I know female would be funnier) and sell overpriced soda and peanuts while wheeling it around. Now I'm going into all this detail I really hope I haven't already discussed it previously on this blog. But it's like impossible to find a cart because you can't buy them due to the terrorist threat, the Museum of Flight can't help and the aircraft graveyards are all in Arizona. But I sent an email to one graveyard and I'm still waiting on his response but I really hope we can get one because it would be really funny.

Man I am all typed out. I think I'm gonna sit around a little longer and listen to my ipod and then watch headlines. Okay, I'll talk to all you guys later.

Well our winter break started three days early. The weathermen said that it was going to snow a ton on Wednesday so they canceled school but then it didn't snow and it was just a normal day that was cold but no school. It snowed that night and we got the next two days off. So I got to miss a few tests and now we have two weeks before I ever have to worry about one again.

So our snow days were really fun and I played football on the first one and one had one reception but it was for 60 yards and then I fumbled it out of the end zone but I said it was a touchdown then they gave it to us on the five and we still didn't score. But yeah then we went sledding and stuff and it was just really fun. And now its snowing again and hopefully its like the storm of the century tonight through tomorrow.

The Seahawks are out of it so I feel betrayed and the sonics are gone. Does anybody know how long until spring training starts? The Mariners are going to beast this year. Okay I really don't have that much more to say and its snowing so I will talk to you guys later.

So I haven't posted in awhile and like always its my bad. I really feel like I should update this more but i don't. Whatever, once baseball starts I'll try to do it every night because then it will be like a look inside a high school baseball team. But then, maybe not. I'll only do that if I become hecka good. But i have wanted to talk about this for awhile, Hockey.

So Hockey is the one sport I wish I played and at some point in my life hope I learn. Maybe like one of those old guy leagues where all the old guys play each other. But when I'm a pilot that might be hard. But some my point is that at some time during my life, I want to learn how to play hockey and by that I also mean learn how to ice skate (well) and not suck that much. But then there are a few thing about the NHL I wanted to mention.

SO my fantasy hockey team is doing really well. I got two hat tricks last night. One from Scott Hartnell who hasn't done anything all year and the other from Petr Sykora. Yeah that guys name is spelled Petr and that's exactly how it sounds. Who needs and extra E when you can get it done with four letter? But he actually has the coolest name in the NHL. His Sykora. How cool is that? It's si-kor-a. That's so awesome. And another thing about NHL players. Would you ever expect a guy named Darcy to ever play a professional sport, let along be an enforcer kinda. Okay hes not a true enforcer but he does get in fights and fought George Parros once and he is the man. So Darcy Hordichuk is really cool for being a guy with the name Darcy and playing a professional sport where fighting is accepted. Well yeah so now I'm tired and I will most likely take to you guys in another two weeks.

So the views have really dropped off the table. I'm pretty sure that's due to me not publicizing the blog at all. I mean I never really talk about it. I know this because my last three posts have all gotten one view and that was me logging on. SO yeah, I bet nobody is going to read this, that isn't me. I guess your not doing anything Jack...yeah, maybe you should do some homework. I'm talking to me in the future when I read this next, yeah...

Okay well have you seen that kid on the news whose like nine years old who wrote that book about how to talk to women? Then he goes on Oprah and stuff? Well I think what I'ma gonna do is just take all of my posts and put them in a word document and in the process add about a hundred view to this blog. But after I put them all in word I think I will do a little organizing then add a beginning and a really sappy ending, throw a few little tidbits and rants into the middle of it that I really didn't want to put on here and BAM! That's gonna be like a hecka good book about nothing. It'll be like the best book about nothing ever. Hmmmm, so yeah I might want to get started on that at some point. Ohhh I could put in like my plans of how I'm going to become a Congressmen and be a professional baseball player and a late night talk show host. Oh man, this is gonna be good.

Oh and Aviation Club is going really well. Our meeting the other day rocked and we talked about stuff an was just hecka good. And best of all we came up with our new ads for the hallway's which I think are going to drum up way more interest than my last few. But the thing is, if you actually read the ads the are really clever and everybody I showed them to laughed. But our next one is going to be really good. It's a play on a movie poster and the movie didn't exactly have the most school appropriate story. But I think it'll be fine.

Oh and rec basketball started and our team is like half as good as the other team. We have 24 people so we split up into two teams. The other team has at least two players that could easily make their high school varsity team and one of them did. But he quit because there were 14 people on his team, so he came to a rec team to play over a kid who couldn't make his high school team because that kid just wants to play. Fair right? Yeah not all but there's nothing I can do. So yeah, I'm gonna do some homework.

Man have I put this on the back burner or what? I mean I think about writing in this almost everyday but then I just put it off and put it off and then I go to bed. 17 days is a long time to go without posting but rest assured I have not forgotten, I'm just lazy.

So the Seahawks lost today and they just sucked. But I didn't get to watch them dig themselves into a hole because I played some pickup football and proceeded to drop two touchdowns. Yeah it was pretty fun except for that part. But the Seahawks looked helpless against the cowboys and Hasselbeck was just getting dropped like a sack of potatoes all over the place. I really can't decide if I want them to lose the rest of their games or to try to win and not be so bad. How good can the draft be?

But so yeah schools been pretty steady and I applied to a college the other day and am already guaranteed admission so I just hope I filled everything out right. But I really hope to try and update this more with useless tidbits of information. I will talk to you guys later.

Seeing as how I haven't updated in awhile, I figured a little update was in order. With school and me just procrastinating, it seems harder and harder for me to work up the energy to post something here. I have heard from a few readers that my blog has lost some of its comedic value, an accusation which I find uncalled for and a horrible choice of words. See that last sentence was funny because I used big words.

Okay well anyway, the Aviation Club went to the Museum of Flight on Sunday and it was actually really fun. I totally pwned everyone in combat flight simulator and our tour was pretty insightful. And besides, we got some embarrassing pictures which are already on the Facebook group page. I don't really know where we can go next because like everywhere else costs money. But that is going to be an ongoing issue.

But there is one thing I wanted to say about CSI New York. Yes, the least popular of the CSI family of shows. It is actually an exact copy of Law and Order SVU or most likely the other Law and Orders but SVU is the only one I watch on any consistent basis. Oh and I realized how stupid the show "The Pickup Artist" is. I know I might be a little behind the curve here talking about how bad this show is, but it is actually the worst show VH1 has ever done. The reasons they say they can't pickup women are so stupid like, can't ignite spark or super slobbery kisser or no game. It's like okay, that as much as I ever wanted to know about the guy who fixes my computers. But then there is that show "Real Chance at Love" with those two guys who I think were on "I Love New York." That's how stupid that show is, those two characters are not memorable at all. I have no idea what show they were on and on I Love Money, they just stayed out of everybody's way. Mr. Boston should have his own show, hes the funniest. I thought my election coverage for yesterday was spot on. I had this really good idea of saying that Obama won on my blog due to inside sources at like 4:00 yesterday so I could say that I was the first to know. Yeah, it would have been pretty funny.

The newspaper came out today and I feel that my articles we're two of the best. But I guess that's just me. I have to think of a few articles for our upcoming issue and so if you guys reading this have any ideas about what you want to see in the paper, post them in the comments.

Oh and I haven't even talked about how well aviation club is going. So the Facebook group has 64 members at the moment but I can only count on like six or seven people to show up to the meeting. Our last meeting went so well that I couldn't even believe it. We organized and on task and talking about stuff. I really hope that the rest of the meetings go that well.

Finally I remember what I wanted to talk about. I gave blood again today. It went really quickly. Well the giving blood part and not the other pre and post stuff took awhile. It only took like 4-5 minutes for a pint of blood to come out of me. Last year it took like 10 minutes. But yeah it was pretty good an a very easy way to save three peoples lives. One more thing. Whats with these new commercials that have a guy talking then like highlight some of what hes saying while showing pictures of what hes talking about, kinda. Like the new one for the Chevy or Dodge pickup truck where Dennis Leary is voice and that Starbucks one about free coffee. Yeah I don't really like those commercials. Hmmm, on the eve of the most important presidential election in four years. All I am going to say about that is Obama better win, god, he better win or we are screwed.

But what I really wanted to talk about was a comparison I made during the Seahawks abysmal effort against the Eagles. So at the point when we were only down 14-7 in the second half and driving, on a critical 3rd down conversion Notre Dame's own John Carlson drops a pass right in his hands to end the drive and pretty much that was the moment all hope was lost for the Seahawks in that game. So after he drops the pass he just stops right in his tracks and starts to jog back towards the sidelines. Just like those stupid players in Madden who after dropping a pass just shuffle off onto the sidelines. It's like show some freaking enthusiasm!!! Or show that your pissed off!!! Show something. The good thing with making an error in baseball is that there is almost always a show of caring after a blatant error is made. Maybe a glove thrown to the ground or a look up at the sky or and audible (though field mics) cuss word. In baseball you don't have all you pads to hide behind when you make a complete bonehead move.

Oh and now that the Boeing Machinists strike is over I can get this off my chest. I would always honk and yell fight the power because I thought they were really funny and clever having those burn barrels out on the street corner. But deep down I actually wanted to yell. "GET BACK TO WORK!" An estimate said that that strike cost Boeing more than 2 billion dollars over the 55 days they were striking. Well now they are back to work so everything should be back on schedule especially with the 787. Well I'm tired and am going to bed. See you all later. GO OBAMA!

I figure I'll take a little break from doing my AP Gov key terms because I only have two left and figure there was one thing I wanted to say.

I was watching the news today and I saw a snippet of Sarah Palin who I'm not even sure I have ever mentioned on this blog because I have really haven't updated that much. But what she was talking about was she and John McCain were hoping that when people step into the voting booth on election day that they really think to themselves if they should vote for Obama and all she was saying was that they were hoping people would change their mind at the last second because people aren't ready for that much change. No offense, honey, but all we have to hope for is some kind of change because really the last eight years haven't gone too well. McCain is lucky that this whole financial meltdown happened so the news stations have something else to talk about because if they didn't, it would be nonstop Iraq War and how much McCain is like Bush. So I guess the Republicans kind of lucked out on that one. And for Palin, I don't think hoping people will flip-flop at the last minute is that sound a political strategy.

I'm not really sure if I like what they are saying about how the Democrats might get a filibuster majority in the Senate because then if something does go wrong with Obama or something like that, the country won't be so gun-ho about this change thing and those Senators up for election in two years could get swept out because nobody is happy with the president. I really hope that everybody is happy with the president and he gets this country on the right track but you just never know. So yeah, I'll post up later

Wow, I am really sorry that I haven't and most likely wont be updating that much. It's not because I don't want to it have time to, I am just simply to lazy and then when I finally get around to doing it, I can't remember what I was going to say.

Well so the Phillies won the World Series today which I am very happy about. In the school newspaper, I picked them and the Rays to make it and I was the only one who picked the Philies to win. Also I picked them to win 4-3. And by that I meant a score of 4-3 in their final game and not in seven games. Hopefully order will be restored next year and the Rays will go back to sucking and the Mariners can turn things around with their new GM who's name I cant say let alone spell.

So yeah there was something else I was going to say but can't remember so I will try to update soon. Talk to all of you guys later.

Well now its official, Seattle sucks at all sports. Basketball was a work n progress swiped from under us but besides that, we suck. The Seahawks are an enigma and the Mariners, ahhhh, hopefully they announce who they are going to hire as GM tomorrow and it better be Kim Ng. Mainly because it will get a ton of press and not because I like her style because I really don't know what it is but the rebuilding has to begin. Now there only a few team to never make it to the World Series, the mariners and 1/3 of them. The Rangers and the Nationals/Expos are the others. Oh and the Rays better lose in seven to the Phillie's or just in some amount of games because the Rays have sucked and its unfair that the Mariners haven't been to the World Series yet. Yeah it's totally unfair, I said it.

The only possible good thing about the Seahawks game today was that the defense actually did okay and the offense just sucked. We need to get Hasselbeck back in there but that might be tough considering what they were saying that it's goingto be a few weeks. But I'm not worrying because Seneca is going to get a win at San Fran and at Phillie. By then, Hasselbeck should be back.

Oh but onto my fantasy football team, yeah I am in position to get my second win. But I still have my kicker and a RB going tomorrow. I am thinking about just sitting them and getting the win. The only drawback is that the combined score of my fantasy game is most likely going to be less than 130. Yeah, that's pretty bad. But whatever, I'll take the win. God, stupid Seahawks. I kind of wanted to post before my usual Monday which I hope to not make that usual and update more. But I guess there really hasn't been that much to talk about... Oh wait yes there has. The Seahawks suck the MLB playoffs and under way and I just got a new cell phone. Not to mention the election being right around the corner. Sounds like a full plate to me.

Well In my last post I discussed how much the Seahawks suck. yeah they suck pretty bad. They can't stop anybody. Thank God for the St Louis Rams or we would be like the Bengals. Okay well we have been decimated by injuries but that is no excuse for a defence that was suppose to be good giving up 25+ points a game. We better bounce back against Tampa Bay next week because its on Sunday Night Football and we just need to win a game. But on another football note I wen to the Battle in Seattle yesterday and it was pretty entertaining. All the college kids were drunk and I was thoroughly frisked for any illegal alcohol. But it sure was a defense showdown. Only 20-28 central. Well there AB Mike Riley is really good and is probably gonna get drafted.

The Playoffs are pretty cool even though the Mariners aren't in them. LA and the Phillies are about to get into a massive bench clearing brawl and the beanball fest today. And I just really hope that the Rays can pull out a win over the Red Sox as Boston so they can take it back to Tampa and the Rays can win it in seven. I picked the Philles over the Rays in seven in the World Series.

And then my cell phone decided to just cease functioning. So I got one of those new Rumors with a slide out keyboard, its a pretty cool phone. So yeah. I my fingers are tired. I'll talk to you guys later.

Wow, I haven't updated in like a week. Well I guess that's just because I have had school and homework and fall baseball and fantasy football and stuff. Yeah, that's a pretty full schedule if you ask me.

My fantasy football team is a solid 1-4 but I'm pretty sure I am going to win my next game. But man those Seahawks. I'm just wondering but did Yuniesky Betancourt morph into Matt Hasselbeck? It's like show that you care Matt!! I cannot stand to have another team that was suppose to be good suck. It looks like nobody on the Seahawks cares about the game. No urgency or anything. And defence, could you maybe stop something? Our high school offence might actually be able to drive down the field on you. I actually cannot stand another sucky team. You are all we had to hope for Seahawks and now your letting us down like Clay Bennett let down Howard Schultz. Well I guess we can start the spring training hype for the M's.

Those Rays are sure looking good, but I picked them to lose to the Phillies in seven in the World Series. But I am starting to like them more and more. Andy Sonnanstine sure pitched a good game today. One day I'm gonna be like that guy. An okay #5 starter who has maybe two or three good seasons but somehow stays in the Bigs for like 15 and gets like three World Series rings. Yeah, I'm gonna be just like him. Well I guess I should write some more poems for creative writing, yeah! I'll talk to all you guys later.

I just wanted to mention this really briefly that my AP US Government teacher is the coolest teacher I have ever had. I have learned a ton in his class and always look forward to it.

Now to say something political. Gerrymandering is when they redefine the lines of a congressional district so that it is easier for a candidate to win. An example would be all of the sudden including (not all of the sudden because of the census every ten years) the Bothell and Kenmore etc. area in the 7th district which McDermott is going to win comfortably because of all the liberals in the more populated city of Seattle. In tern that makes it easier for Darcy Burner to win over Rep. Dave Reichert in that district becuase now all of those votes for Reichert in Bothell... are in the 7th district which McDermott is going to win anyway. So there less votes for Reichart, making easier for Burner to win. Gerrymandering.

Oh and I hope Obama wins.

I figured I'd give you guys a quick update. The Mariners played their last game today and just to rub it in a little more they won. Ending the season on a positive note. Thanks Mariners. Except for the fact that because the won two out of three to Oakland, they are now the second worst team in the majors and are now going to have the second overall pick. A huge drop off considering that Stephen Strasburg guy is by far the best player in the draft. Well there is always next year.

But we had our fall baseball games on Saturday for once and it went pretty well except I had to borrow a bat from some kid I didn't know and I could tell he was a little mad, whatever. But man I smashed the ball. I only had one hit but I belted two way into the outfield that the center fielder had to make great catches on. Okay only one was a good catch and the other was a line drive right at him. But they were both hit really hard. Then when I was pitching the ump wan;t calling any strikes so I walked three guys. But I only gave up one run. Oh and today I was my 1600th view. I am averaging like 11.2 views a day. I think that's pretty good considering I haven't updated that frequently. Well I guess I'll study a little bit more and go to bed. See you all tomorrow.

Today I wore my Mariners jersey to school to commemorate the best team in the major leagues with 100 wins, my Seattle Mariners. Oh and today, thanks for blowing the save J.J. That really helps my fantasy team which is in like almost a tie now for the championship and could very well be losing tomorrow. I don't know how it's going to turn out but I better win because they guys I am playing is really bad.

But school is now pretty much in full swing and now it's right around the time where you have the first big test in all of your classes. I am really happy because my calculus test got moved to Monday, even though it's pretty much just delaying the inevitable of me not doing too well. Well actually no, I am pretty confident with all that stuff. But yeah, so school really isn't that fun but for once our football team is actually good. No surprise, the spread option is a really good high school offense. It's fun and not really that hard to do. Well no harder than any other offense.

So yeah in conclusion, the Mariners suck and we better get the first overalll pick. Because after that Strasberg guy or however you spell his name, its a drop off. So I'm done and I'll talk to you guys later.

Ummm, I really don't have anything else to talk about except my fantasy football team is going to get their first win and my fantasy baseball team is winning, big time, in the championship game. So I guess I am pretty good at fantasy sports. So take that. Well I guess now I should really do some of my homework even though I really don't have that much and it's a late start tomorrow. OH am the coach of the Jets, Eric Mangini or something like that really isn't that good. They call him Mangenius but they're like 0-3 and just really bad. I don't know how he got that nickname because being a really good assistant coach under Belicheck just doesn't seem like enough to have a cool nickname. Whatever, I'll talk to you guys later.

I might as well do two posts because I have really been neglecting this the last couple of day. But it shouldn't be any surprise with how school is going. I seem to be getting a lot of homework so I don't really feel like updating. But I guess I will just talk about a few things.

The Aviation Club will have its first meeting Tuesday at 2:30. There are ads in those yellow boxes at school so you should look at those. I honestly don't know how many people will be coming. I really only hope that it's like six or seven because I don't really know what we are going to do. But anyways, you should all come to it.

The Roosevelt football team is now 3-0 and they look really good. The rest of the schedule looks favorable so I really don't want to jinx anything yet. I went to the game on Friday and we really just handed it to Garfield. It was a really good game for like the first quarter, then we just steamrolled them. Well I guess I'll update a little later today, so I'll do some of my homework now.

Sorry I haven't posted in the last few days. I have a feeling that with school and homework and everything, I'll be lucky to post up three or four times a week. I might even start posting earlier, like when I get home, if there is something that I really want to put out there.

I had a test today on the Constitution and I know I got one wrong but besides that, I feel really good. I can't see myself having missed more than two or three others that were kind of tricky. Oh and my fantasy football team in my competitive league is O-2 but I am due and I feel like I am gonna lay a whooping on somebody this weekend. But my fantasy baseball team is now in the championship game against that dude who thinks his team is way better than mine. Whatever, I am totally going to kick his butt.

Oh but tonight there was a astronaut at Roosevelt and I introduced him. It was pretty cool. He was a really nice guy and some of his stories where pretty cool. He was a fighter pilot in the Air Force before becoming a shuttle pilot. Yeah that's right, he was the pilot of the shuttle. He stayed and answered everyone's questions and even remembered my name. Yeah, that's cool. Well I guess I will talk to you guys later.

I wanted to post yesterday but I just ran out of time because I had so much homework. But anyway just leave it to the Mariners to almost screw over my fantasy team. After a year where they let everybody down with how bad they are, they almost made my fantasy team lose in the quarter finals. So I have Felix Hernandez and Ervin Santana both on my fantasy team and they were facing each other in that game. So they both go seven inning and the score when they leave is 3-2 Angels. So I figure, the Mariners can lose as long as my fantasy guy gets the win. Well leave it up to the Mariners to tie the game so neither guy gets a decision then the Mariners lose anyway.

So I really don't want to talk about the sorry good for nothing team called the Seahawks. I am still a fan but how can you believe in these guys with losses like our last one? I am still hopeful that they are going to turn this around. I guess I'll finish up the last bit of my homework so I will talk to all you guys later. Oh an I got my first hit of fall ball, a double over the outfielders head.

The Aviation Club is clear for takeoff. Wow, nice pun by me. So yeah there is going to be an Aviation Club but we first have to get approved as a club but I have already turned in the paperwork. I mean, I can't see any reason that they wouldn't let me start that club. The only problem might be getting people to come and thinking of things to do when we finally do have a meeting. So any ideas are welcome on what the club should do. I am not sure when our first meeting or where our first meeting will take place but I should have that figured out by the time all the Club presidents get together if we even get together or something. But if not, you'll see ads in the hallway saying when the first meeting will be. Or you could just look on here because your here anyways...

But yeah, that club should be really cool. Like I said, I don't really know what we are going to do yet so I'm open for suggestions. But it should be really cool anyways.

Yeah I didn't post yesterday. Whatever. I had a ton of homework and I even missed baseball practice which I love going to. I got an appointment with my counselor to change my classes but it isn't until 5th period on Thursday and that means classes will be in like full swing by that point. Well I am hopefully keeping one class and changing it to another period and then just switching one of my electives. So I guess it shouldn't really be that bad.

Okay the Seahawks are in really bad shape and I can't figure out how Vicente Padilla looks like Cy Young every time he pitches against the Mariners. I don't know why they released Forsett, hopefully they can get him on the practice team instead of being signed by another team. But unfortunately he will most likely be signed by another team. Well at least they can get like Joe Horn or somebody like that. Hey who knows, Shaun Alexander can catch passes cant he? Yeah no way is that ever going to happen. Well I don't really have that much more to say go I guess I will post up later.

Well this post will be a pretty sufficient drop in quality compared to my 100th post. All that really happened was that I had a baseball game that I had to leave early to go to my community service. But in the baseball game I did pretty well. I had two innings pitched with four strike outs. Man, I really wanted that fifth one. But I gave up two unearned runs and like hit three people and like walked another three. I only gave up one hit and it was a hit that shattered the guys bat. Yeah, I was pretty impressed with myself.

Hmmm well is it just me or does the VMA's look like it is taking place in an old warehouse. I mean it actually looks like there are only 20 people in that place. And that Brand dude isn't really that funny. Way too much political stuff, even though I get what he is saying, I feel like it is just a little over the top. I don't recall wan to talk about football with how the Seahawks got manhandled and how my fantasy team is losing by like 40 even though the pregame projections had my team winning. So no, my team doesn't suck, they just had a bad week. I guess I will talk to all you guys later.

Man, this is a landmark post. My 100th. I actually can't believe I stuck with this so long. But I think it was because I actually started to like this, posting and telling, well I guess like three people, what is going on in my life. But I think you should all go back and maybe just scroll through my older posts and see what I have said and thought. Read the ones with pictures because I think those ones are the funniest. The high fiving one is a good one, the baseball game against Ballard is another. There are just so many that deserve to be read by someone who isn't me or my mom. 100, yeah that's right. I wonder how many blogs that are started with Blogger, last to 100 posts. Well I bet not that many.

So today was a pretty good day. Roosevelt had their first football game and we won comfortably. I think it was 24-8. I'd say that's a comfortable margin. Man, hearing about how much they pass ow, I wish I had played. Whatever, baseball is actually a sport I might one day have a shot with. Speaking of baseball, tomorrow we ave our first fall baseball games. I am going to have to leave early, but hopefully I get to play a lot and do well. That Huskies game was a great game. A great game that ended in a fiasco. It's too bad that we all had to get cheated out of an incredible over-time match up. Even though that extra point was blocked and would have been blocked if it was kicked from the regular line, we can still think we were cheated out of an impressive over-time. Oh and I did that thing where you take two phone books and overlap each page with the other book and then try to pull them apart. I only did like 200 pages, but it was really cool to see all that friction holding the books together. It wasn't really that hard to pull them apart but if I had done more pages, it wouldn't have come apart so easy. It's gonna be on the next Myth busters so I guess I will try to watch it. Well it is now the first weekend of the school year. It's my bad I didn't post yesterday but seeing how nobody really cares if I post or not, I don't really care that I didn't. But yeah, school is starting up and becoming more and more like last year. I wanted to change my classes and I still plan on changing them, but there was this super long line for the counseling office so I guess I will just go in on Monday to get an appointment. I want to change around two of my classes and I guess I am just rolling the dice to see who is in them. But my classes, so far, are actually really good and I wouldn't mind not even changing them except for the fact that I really want to take aeronautics.

We have our first fall baseball game Sunday and I might not be able to go because I have an interview for my volunteering. But it depends on what time the interview happens because I might actually be able to go to both of them. Do you guys see how big Andy Pettites glove is? That thing is huge. I thought my mitt was big but mine looks small compared to that monstrosity on his right hand. Well I guess I don't really have that much else to say so I guess I will talk to all you guys later.

Wow, did anyone else watch that Sarah Palin speech. Ummm, yeah. I actually wanted to head-butt the TV. Well she better not win is all I am going to say because I just cannot stand some of the things they were saying. That whole thing about special needs kids and how their families would have a friend as vice-president. Yeah because Obama and Biden don't want to have anything to do with special needs kids or anything like that. They just blow them off...yeah sure. And then the freaking crowd applauded that. It's just common sense that you want to help people with special needs. Nothing she said is anything that any average person wouldn't say or endorse. All I can say is wow.

I cannot believe the Mariners didn't win today. We lost to Dustin Nippert. He Sucks! Felix pitched a great game and the Mariners let him down again. Well when I think about it, it makes perfect sense that the Mariners offense would blow a great game like that. Oh and at baseball practice today, there was this one guy who actually had to be throwing the ball 90 mph. I mean it just flew out of his hand and was in the catchers glove. He might have been a little shorter than me but he was built. Most likely a guard on the football team. But man could he throw it. He also looked like he was 27. So hopefully I have aways to go maturing, so my fastball will gain a lot of speed. I hope so.

Those Mariners are really starting to catch fire at the right time in the season. But Beltre hitting the cycle was definitely cool. But wow Ichiro, he really seems like he has lost it. Making two outs in one inning, that's as close as you can come two making all three outs in one inning. Well I just sat around today, taking in one more day of not having to worry about anything, well it's over now, great.

But this morning my dad woke me up at like 9:30, way to early for my last day to truly sleep in even though tomorrow I guess I can sleep in, to go see Tropic Thunder. I remember when I first saw a commercial for that movie and I thought it was going to be a total bust. I was totally wrong. It has to be one of the five funniest movies I have ever seen. Everything in it was just so stupid, yet it was all so funny. I couldn't believe Robert Downey Jr. took that roll, but he was perfect as the dude disguised as a dude playing another dude. Jack Black really was just kind of thrown in there but he was funny too. Man that movie was so funny. The fake previews were one of the best parts but I am still not sure if the whole thing was a set up or if it all was real, because how would they have had all the footage to make a movie in the end. I donno. So I guess I will talk to all of you later, after the first day of school.

Man, school is right there. I kind of wish that it was already like a month into school just so I don't have to keep thing about when it's going to start. No, I don't wish that. Man, those Mariners are finally starting to turn it up a notch. Sweeping the Indians and wining the series for the season. So that means that we are actually better than a team that isn't San Diego. But there is some not so good news about the Mariners. Man, school is really right there. Great. Those commercials with Peyton and Eli Manning are really funny. I am sure all of you guys would agree. I just don't know why they would be doing all of that stuff in a room that looks like a hotel. But one commercial that makes me mad is that one about the McDonald's chicken sandwich. It's got all those people who seem like they are training for the Olympics but really have just been waiting their whole life for a good chicken sandwich from McDonald's. Today was the first Saturday of college football and really the only reason I watch any college football is because Jake Locker is the greatest football player ever. But today was actually pretty fun because we made a really funny video then put it on you tube. Its crude humor but is actually pretty funny. I guess it starts out a little slow, but then it gets pretty good near the end, so watch the whole thing and then give it five stars. Go on you tube and search for Lollipop (censored). I think it's like the third one. I guess it is kind of stupid but it was really fun to do.

So yeah, just watching the Huskies now. They were in it but now Oregon and their stupid offense are just ball faking and running all over the place. Hmmm, well school is almost here, but I am not sure how much I will be posting once school stars. I feel like there will be a lot things I can't say on here. So I guess we will just see how it goes. Oh bu the other day I saw a license plate that was really cool. It was on a Lotus and it said PWN3D. It was pretty funny and I tried to take a picture but it just ended up looking blurry. A fat dude was driving the car with some really hot chick, so I guess he is pretty rich. So yeah, I'll talk to all of you guys later.

Oh my god. Well now all of the sudden all those icons that were gone two days ago are back. I didn't post yesterday in protest of how mad I was that they didn't work. But then I felt a little guilty about not posting but then I remembered that I didn't do anything anyway.

But today was actually pretty fun. I went to my friends house and we jammed on guitar hero. But I suck at that game so it wasn't really that much fun. But then we decided to make stupid you tube videos. Me made one pretty funny one, but then he deleted on accident. So we made two other funny ones. One where he makes toast really fast and one where I change cloths really fast. Like I walk into a room and then we edited it so I walk right back out wearing something completely different. Anyway, we're thinking of doing more funny things but the problem is we can't think of anything people would actually want to watch. So we'll see how long that lasts.

So I really don't have that much else to say, so yeah, I'll just watch some more Seahawks and I will talk to all of you guys later.

Well again, I didn't really do anything today. School is just around the corner and I figure sitting around doing nothing is most likely the best thing to do. Even though I am going to be a senior and that's what I plan on doing all year anyway ;)

Oh but if you guys haven't read my blog about high fiving, its the first post when you click older posts on the bottom of this page, you should read it. Also the post below this one turned out to be pretty strong even though I really had nothing to talk about and just rambled on. Well I guess that is the point of this blog. But just now I realized a massive problem. There seems to be no spell check icon or anything else I use to edit and make this blog cooler. Its almost like this page hasn't loaded all the way. Well I guess my flaws of misspelled words will come to light now that there is no spellcheck. I am gonna email them about this.

We had a fall ball practise today which was okay. I threw a bullpen but I think I suffered a little Erik Bedard arm. So my arm was a little tired. But hopefully I can get my strength up. So yeah, I guess I will talk to all you guys later.

Well as I sat around doing nothing today. I came up with an idea. Don't you guys think I would be good at making stupid quotes that you put on T-shirts? I would rule at that. I could just sit around and think of things and then put them on shirts and make a ton of money. Here's one: If I wasn't so tall, I'd be a little shorter. Or vise-versa. Mostly it would be for the tall people demographic like myself but I have a feeling that one would sell. I got a few other really good ones but I feel that they are so good, I can't just throw them out there onto the Internet.

So yeah, nothing really happened today. Well Satchmo came over today and is going to spend the night and is just sitting around begging for food. But I would be a really good shirt maker. Oh and I have been thinking about changing the little byline at the top, below the title. Instead of being on the today, I think maybe a correspondent for Jay Leno might be a little funnier and just overall more achievable because every once in awhile he has like tryouts for those positions. Let's face it, I would be way funnier than Ross the intern or that really short mexican guy who is not funny at all. Okay maybe not Ross, but definitely that other dude. Well I guess he is going off the air soon, so I guess I really don't have a shot because Letterman just sends Biff and Conan, well he's just crazy. I'll send Jimmy Fallon an email, he'll need correspondents like me. So yeah, I guess I'll just watch the Mariners and I will talk to you guys later.

I feel like with the abysmal amount of views I have been getting recently, I should change the name of this blog. Maybe to like Barack Obama's Official Campaign Blog. That would would bring in the views like nothing. Which is just the perfect noun (which I looked up because I didn't know what part of speech it is) to describe what I did today.

Well we did have our first fall baseball practice today, it was okay. I threw a bullpen and I know people were looking. Man, that catcher could not handle the heat I was bringing. Or maybe it was because I kept throwing pitches all over the place. Naw, I think it was the first reason. We just hit and did some conditioning which I am pretty sure I did wrong because we did some push-up type stuff where you hold it and like hold up different limbs. Well anyway after we were done my shoulders hurt, they were sore and now they just really hurt. I'll be fine, don't worry guys. I'll tough it out.

Well I guess I will just watch some more of the Mariners game, which they better win. Oh yeah and in my fantasy baseball league, I am in second but I have eight more wins that the guy in first. I have more losses than him or some stupid reason like that is why I am in second. Well I guess that's enough for tonight, I will talk to you same three people who looked at my blog again today, and the day before yesterday, tomorrow. BTW, that sentence makes sense.

Well the Olympics come to an end tonight. Too bad. For once I actually enjoyed the Olympics. Mainly because NBC didn't blow it this year like they did in Athens when everybody already knew who won. Or maybe it was just because they had it on so many different channels. But I am pretty sure it was just because I could stay up late enough to actually watch the events unlike four years ago when I was in middle school and could barely stay awake past 10:30. But anyway, it was good to have something to watch while we wait for time to unbearably lurch forward to the first day of school.

I think my favorite part of the Olympics was the women's gymnastics, for obvious reasons. But my favorite quote by far was uttered by the color guy for the US baseball game against Cuba. I am pretty sure I have heard it before and I will no doubt try to use it everyday for the rest of my life. After some punk on Cuba hit a home run against the US, he ran all the way around the bases with his arm raised in triumph. Did I mention it was the second inning and Cuba was already winning? Well after crossing the plate, the announcer said, "I don't think there is enough mustard in China to cover that hot dog performance." I could not stop laughing. That has to be one of the funniest thing I have ever heard. And just the way he said it, you could tell he wanted to whip that out at some point during the Olympics. A distant second was spoken by the guy who was calling the action for the speed walking competition. When one of the walkers started to get a lead and right before they went to commercials he said, "...and there he goes, walking away from the field." That just speaks for itself.

Oh and I am sure that the three views I got today was just some sort of anomaly. I mean way more people look at this that that, right? Well whatever, it's just funny to write in this. So I will talk to you three faithful readers later.

Okay fine, maybe I only average like eight views a day. But don't worry, I'll be up into that 12-13 range someday. Anyway I was looking though other blogs on this site for the ones they feature, wondering how I can become one of those blogs. Well I went to a few of them and they all have some purpose behind their blog, like they're raising their kid or they train for the Olympics or some interesting story or something. Just way more interesting than this blog.

Then I saw the comedy section of award winners. So I clicked on a few and it soon came to my attention that these were like blogging corporations ran by tens of people. Then I finally found one that was only ran by one person. But it was some mom who just talked about raising her three kids and cussed every other word. If I wrote swear words in this it would be way funnier, but I don't. Anyway I would never stoop low enough to have this be a blog ran by more than one person, it's only gonna be me and what I have to say. But there was one more thing, a ton of them were just about young hip metropolitan parents raising their babies. There were barely any words and just lots of pictures of cute babies. So here:

Well I figure I'll do a little update even though I really didn't do anything. And BTW, I have no idea why there is an Ann Taylor ad on this page. I liked it a lot better when it was Blue Angels, I hope they could make it something cool again. Well anyway, I didn't really do anything, big surprise. But I am glad to see that the views on this page are climbing steadily. I think I am averaging like 12 or 13 a day. But then there are sometimes where there is like 3 views. Those days suck.

Oh there was one thing. I'm sure you guys have seen that cool looking' dude who won the 110m hurdles. Dayron Robles from Cuba. With his big glasses and gold watch and just decked out in jewelry. Then he just kicked everyone's butt. That dude is cool. And when he was running, he looked like he wasn't even trying. Oh great, well now I can't think of anything to say. Wow there was just a commercial for Parade magazine. Isn't that free in the newspaper? Why do they need to advertise? Man, you guys just see Bob Costas just bust out laughing at Kung-Fu Fighting Monks? I guess that is pretty comical. Well today, as with most days, nothing happened. I sat around for a while and really just wasted time knowing that school is right around the corners. Great. Well actually there was one highlight of today and it just happened a few minutes ago.

So what I do is I just look through Yahoo Answers for questions that have anything to do about airplanes. I really want to become a level two answerer and for that you need 250 points. I only have like 150 points so it will take me a while. And you start with 101 points if you are wondering. Anyway I answer questions that have only a few answers and just hope mine gets chosen as the best one. Well awhile ago some dude didn't know how to adjust traffic levels on Flight Simulator 2004, so I told him in an answer. Well it turns out, my answer, was the only answer. So today I happen to stumble onto that question again and I vote myself as the best answer. So I got ten points for doing nothing. Wow that was a really great story. Shows you guys how cool I am. Well I guess I am gonna go watch some more Olympics, I'll talk to all you guys later. Oh and the one I wrote yesterday is pretty funny so you should read it if you haven't.

My bad guys, today I accidentally gave myself a ton of views. Okay it was only like six but whatever. Have you guys seen that one dude NBC has on during the day when Bob Costas is too busy not doing anything. What does he actually do when the Olympics or Sunday Night Football aren't on? He has that one show on HBO but I mean, he can't do that much. Maybe he sits with Chris Collensworth and they just make fun of each other. Probably something like that. Anyway that guy they have on during the day, does he have any idea what he is doing with that pen he's always holding. It just looks so awkward. Oh and there is another thing that is super awkward that some times show hosts do. It was brought to my attention yesterday when Costas was interviewing Shawn Johnson. It's like he brought to our attention how short she was and congratulated her for her feet being able to reach the ground. Then he went for it. I wanted to get in there and just intercept it or yell "Don't do it, Bob!!!! Yeah that's right, he went for the high five. Luckily she picked up on the clue and high fived. If she didn't Bob would have had to make it look like he was combing his hair or adjusting his sleeve or something. Every time I see news anchors or late night talk show hosts high five, I cringe. I remember one time Jimmy Kimmel high fived two guys. And one guy was a full seat away and he had to reach over the other dude. But there was one time where I saw Letterman just deny them. He was just like "No high fives." High Fiving in suits and on TV and on interviews should just be outlawed. Unless it's a joke or something.

Well that's really all I have to say. But I still love to high five, just not in suits. So I guess I will talk to all you guys later.

Well I remembered today that there are various websites devoted to hating Jack Thompson. Just Google any combination of Jack Thompson, die, sucks and you'll see what I mean. Unfortunately I share the name as a famous attorney who hates video games and has tried to get games rated M outlawed. And you really don't want to tick off gamers because overnight there will be about a thousand website devoted to telling people how much you suck. It's pretty funny because there is actually a website called JackThompsonsucks. It's actually a blog like this one but it hasn't been updated in awhile. Maybe Jack's taken a lighter stance on video games since their last post.

Well it's unfortunate that women gymnastics come to an end tonight...now there's no reason to watch anymore, at least Shawn Johnson wins tonight. But I did have one question about the gymnastics. When they do that bar exercise with the two bars at different heights, I don't know what it's called. But when they are about to do a big jump thing where they jump from one bar to another, their coach or somebody will go out and look like they would catch them if they missed. I mean, do they actually think they could catch them if they went flying off the bars? With how fast they are going and spinning, I feel like they would just deck the person who goes out there. Maybe it's for faster first aid if they do fall because I sure hope it's not to catch the person because I really feel like trying to catch the person would not be a good idea. Man there was something I saw today that I was mad about so I thought I was going to blog about it. Then I thought I should write it down so I don't forget. But I was too lazy to write it down and I forgot what I was going to say. Well today I did nothing except sit around and study for my PPL test. That's private pilot's licence for all who don't know. Umm yeah. The Mariners stunk up the joint today. Why on earth did we not trade Jarrod Washburn. I really liked how on the MSN power ranking for baseball, the good news for the Mariners was that the season was almost over. Truer words could not be spoken. Epic disaster comes to mind when thinking of the Mariners season. Oh and Lee Pelekudes has really done a bang-up job as intern GM, he is definitely the front runner for the job. One Trade!?!?! Are you kidding me, this team sucks. But I still think we have a shot next year if Silva doesn't suck as much as he possible can and we sign Raul again, bring Morrow into the rotation and sign a decent, proven hitter in the off season. Just imagine if we had signed Jose Gullien last year, we would actually be a decent team.

Well I guess I can't think of what I wanted to say but it was going to be good. Maybe I'll remember sometime. But anyway, I think I'll get back to watching Olympic beach volleyball...exciting. So I'll talk to all you guys later.

Well I didn't really do anything today except get women's beach volleyball shoved down my throat. I think I have seen enough of that for a life time. I thought of this awhile ago but now that Usane Bolt won, he should officially change his name to Insane Bolt, that would be awesome. Anyway I woke up this morning and turned on my computer. My homepage is MSN so of course all the Olympic results are already there for me from the night I just slept though and wont be shown until now. But of course I look at the other sports and cant help notice a headline under the normal sports category. 5 Most Overrated NBA Players. Just imagine being a way over-paid NBA player and waking up to see yourself on that list. And Dwayne Wade was on that list so the writer obviously has no credibility. Anyway so just imagine yourself waking up, off-season, hasn't done anything to make anyone mad, normal morning, then seeing you name on the 5 most overrated players list. I would be mad. It's like I didn't do or not do anything to make that list at this date. It's like the last time I played a game where I was overrated was three months ago. It's like a blow below the belt being told your overrated in mid off season. I just cant believe they had to put that story out today. Maybe a 5 most overrated baseball players list or a 5 most overrated NFL 1st round draft picks list. No NBA's 5 most overrated players list. Wow, I never thought I would defend any NBA player. Man, I'm still hoping to be on the today show for living a normal life... not doing anything stupid or anything. Maybe like Conan O'Brien because one of his writers saw this and thought it was funny or something like that. Maybe even that Craig Ferguson show, but that shows not that good, I can never tell if that's in front of an audience of a laugh track. Yeah...

Well we went to the Seahawks pre-season game today and the seats were incredible. I could hear Charlie Frye yelling expletives after he threw the balls right into the hands of some no-name Chicago, might make the team, linebackers. We were right on the 20 yard line to the south and on the aisle. I really hope we get some more of those tickets for free, but that will be a long shot. Yeah those are some good seats. That view doesn't really do justice, They were a lot closer in person. But it was good for the half time, I was really glad I was so close to the field for the junior Sea gals preforming to the entire high school musical soundtrack, great half-time show. So we left early and the score was tied with like eight minutes left. Then we don't really know what happened and the game went to over time and the Seahawks won 26-29. And have no idea how they got the score that high before overtime. A touchdown a piece with those sucky third team offences, no way. Yeah was pretty good, I talk to all of you faithful reader later.

Phelps sneaking in there, I not sure about that one. That was too close for comfort. Well I haven't really been doing anything because we just got home but we did get two free tickets to the Seahawks exhibition game tomorrow and they are really good seats. So me and my dad are going to it. Yeah... just watching Olympics and siting around because it's so hot but we have and air conditioner in my room, really only because it's the only room where the air conditioner fits. So it's nice and comfortable in my room but the drawback is that it uses the outlet for my xbox, so I can't play and cool my room down. So yeah like um.

I got my final paychecks from Cascade today, I made $299.91 but that still doesn't offset the costs of my flight school. I want to see that Tropic Thunder movie, it looks really funny. Man I really don't have anything else to say I will talk to you guys later.

Wow, I have not updated in a long time. Well that was because I was on vacation in New Jersey and thought it was better to not say that there would be nobody in my house for a week and a half on the Internet. It was a really fun vacation except for the part where I got a huge sunburn on my shoulders and upper chest. Usually I don't burn and get a really good tan. But this time I totally forgot to put any sunscreen on those areas I mentioned and it ended up hurting for about a three days. I mean really hurt, the burn was purple. But anyway I recovered the next day and then the day after that we went into New York City to go to a Mets game in the last season in Shea Stadium. It was really cool becuase when we got to the stadium the planes were taking off right over head because Shea is actually right in the flight path on LaGuardia and LaGuardia is only about a half mile away. But when the game started, the planes stopped flying right over-head. But in the 9th inning, they started flying over again which was really cool. Oh yeah, and David Wright hit a walk off home run in the bottom of the 9th.

Well the vacation was really fun and I am home now. School starts pretty soon and I can totally wait. My classes are okay but I am sure I am going to switch a few around. Well I am tired now, so I'll go watch some Olympics and those 12 year old Chinese gymnasts claim they're 16.

Well today was really cool. My dad and I went to the Museum of Flight to see the Blue Angels. So we got down there at like 11:45 and they were suppose to take off at 12:30. Well that's what we thought. When we got down there we looked at a sign and that said they were going to take off at 1:00. So we just stood around for awhile longer waiting. Well eventually they get out to their planes and of course, they start their engines and everybody runs to the fence to get a good view of them taking off. And that was at about 1:30, so a half an hour late.

When they took off it wasn't nearly as loud as I remember it being. The one I saw take off by itself on Wednesday was a lot louder. Well they take off and like two minutes later #6 comes back in and lands. Before he landed we could tell they started one of the #7 two-seater jets. He hoped into it and took off to join the show like five minutes later. The show was pretty cool and I got a good picture of them flying right over the top of the Museum.

So they come into land and the whole time I really wanted to get all of their autographs. I got all of them in 2003 but I wanted to get them again. I bet I was the only 17 year old who seriously wanted their autographs. My dad was doubting that I could get all of their autographs, but nonetheless, 15 minutes later I had all of them plus a Fat Albert pilot. The #6 guy, Maj. Nathan Miller, said there was a computer glitch that said his landing gear weren't locked, but they were, so he had to come in and switch planes anyway. So of course he asked me how old I was and when I told him, he asked if I ever thought of flying planes in the military. I wanted to say every single day of my life but I said I wanted to, but I have asthma. He just said that's too bad. But I said I was learning to fly on my own and he thought that was really cool. I said that the only way I would get to fly in a fighter was to become a journalist, he laughed and said " There's a way to do it." He was a nice guy and then me and my dad left. All in all it was a great day and I am glad I got to meet all of them. Well I will talk to all of you guys later, after SeaFair.

I figured I would have a little post because I haven't had one in awhile. The Blue Angles have been practicing and I would go up on our roof to watch them. For some reason, I remember them being a lot closer in previous years. So I went down to a dirt parking lot by the driving range to watch them. It's pretty cool watching them there. But hopefully tomorrow we will go down to Boeing field to watch them take off. That's gonna be pretty cool.

But anyway, today I went to the Mariners game and it was pretty cool. So we showed up early to get the Adrian Beltre hydroplane, okay we didn't go early for that but for batting practice. So anyway we go out to right field and I began begging for baseballs. Eventually I got this one guys attention and we talked, he ended up being a bullpen catcher, so you know we're all buddy buddy. So I think hes gonna give me a ball but then a guy hits a ground rule double and I catch it. But then he said "Well you know what you have to do...give it to that kid." There was this kid next to me who was yelling incessantly and begging me for the ball. So I give it to him and later all his friends tell me that it was his second ball, so I was pretty mad. Then later in the game I see the guy on the Orioles who I was talking to and tell him about my conundrum with that kid. So he tells me that he'll hook me up after the game.

When it was going to the bottom of the 9th I go down there and decide I need to go to the bathroom. So I go to the bathroom and there is this guy who is totally drunk in the yernal next to me. And he just keeps talking about stuff to me and then offered me chewing tobacco. I said no, and then asked if I was sure and I said no again. It was just really bizarre in that bathroom and I got out of there as fast as I could. The the Mariners kept scoring and I was waiting to get that guys attention. The game ended and he was putting all his stuff away and I am yelling everything trying to get his attention. But then he reaches into his bag and pulls out a ball. Then he looks up and sees me and points. We walked over to a gap in the fence and he tossed it to me. I was really happy that I got a ball and still don't know that guys name. Well I will look it up. So that post went a lot longer than I thought so I will talk to all you guys later.

Well I didn't update over the weekend because I had ground school. It was a lot of stuff to belly in two days and I am going to take the 141 final on Wednesday. I haven't signed up for a date to take the FAA test yet. But the tests are almost the same. I figure if I fail the 141 test, I can have time to study what I didn't get so I will be set for when I take the FAA test. It's a pretty big process to do all of this stuff but I figure by Wednesday, I will be comfortable with most of the stuff.

So it turns out the Blue Angels were coming in today. So I sat on the roof with my scanner and binoculars waiting. On Komo 4 they said they landed early but then a half hour later King 5 said they were going to land in a few minutes. So anyway I spent like an hour on the roof, but I did see Blue Angels #5 come in. It did a turn over UW and then went into land. It was pretty cool because it was so loud. He was the only one I saw but I did see some Air Force planes flying over the city after refueling, a KC-10 refueler and a special ops KC-130. Yeah it was okay I guess. Well I am glad LaHair hit is first home run and I will talk to all you guys later.

Well I am really glad that Schultz is still keeping his suit going, knowing he stab the whole city in the back and is to blame for this whole fiasco. I like how when David Stern called him, Schultz said that the deal wasn't good enough and that he wouldn't drop his suit. Well he better not drop it. But anyway, have you guys heard of the six possible names for the team? The Barons, Bison, Energy, Marshalls, Thunder and Wind were all the names that the NBA filed for trade marks. Well the Barons would make sense with how they got the team and I am pretty sure that Marshals that carry guns and work for the government, has one L in it. So I guess they could name themselves after the store Marshalls. And the rest of those names belong in the WNBA or the Arena Foot Ball League. Who in their right mind would go out and buy a Durant jersey that has a picture of a Bison on it(and who don't live in the dust bowl? And for the Energy and Thunder names, wouldn't the logo for both of those have to be a lightening bolt? Because I don't think a telephone pole with a transformer on it would be that big of a hit. Wind, I just laugh at that name. Teams should never be named after meteorological phenomena, well I guess team in the WNBA, but all those name are horrible. Lynx??? Sparks??? Dream??? Fever??? Those just strike fear into hearts of opponents, don't they? Well I better get to sleep because I have ground school tomorrow. SO I will talk to all you guys later.

So the other day I was watching the Mariners lose and I hear Blowers have a beef with some long existing rules. And one he mentioned caught my ear. He said how he was mad that a pitcher got a save because he pitched the last three innings of a game where they were winning by like 15 runs. So I was wondering what the definition of a save actually was. So I looked it up according to ESPN.com a save is:

"When a pitcher 1) enters the game with a lead of three or fewer runs and pitches at least one inning, 2) enters the game with the potential tying run on base, at bat, or on deck, or 3) pitches three or more innings with a lead and is credited with a save by the official scorer"

You know what that means. My game against Ballard was actually a save! Not just a save only on MSN fantasy sports, but an actually MLB save. If that was on varsity, it would have meant something! Yeah, read #3 again, that's right, Jack Thompson, Closer. I know that the guy with the book would have given me a save. Because I know they knew that rule. Yeah, I have an official save. I'm not just 0-1, I am 0-1 with a save.

Well anyway, me and my work decided to go in different directions today. Yeah, I wont be selling magazine subscriptions any more. It was a good experience but I really was money motivated, I was experience motivated. Man, it's really weird how when I have anew post, my views go up by like 30 but then the days after they go to like four views a day. I just don't see how that happens and I don't know who all those people are looking at my blog. But have you guys sen all those bloggers in the news lately? All that stuff about that guy who writes about Mac and how blogs about becoming moms are becoming more and more popular. Yeah, that's right, I'm ahead of the curve on something for once in my life. Well I guess I started baggy pants, but that story is for another day.

I saw Batman on Sunday and I have to say it lived up to the hype. But I thought it was really, really, really dark. Not a movie you would want to take a young kid to. But I thought it was really cool. But who could have ever guessed that Harvey Dent had such a weak mind. I wont ruin the movie for you so I wont go on any further. But geez, that Joker, scary. And just the overall but kicking was pretty good. For me, it would be a 3 1/2 star movie because I think it could have used more airplanes. Yeah, that part where the C-130 picked him out of the building was cool, But I have no idea what he needed that Goose for that landed next to his boat before the C-130 scene. It's liked he had that plane for no reason. I'm just saying, more F-18's, more stars. So the Mariners continue to suck and that really all I have to say. Oh and that LaHair is going to be exactly like Mark Texeria, we're gonna be stacked next year. So I will talk to all you guys later.

The airshow was so cool!!!The F-15 and F-18 were by far the best. But the b-2 was also really really cool. It flew from Missouri to Mcchord, did three flybys, then flew back to Missouri nonstop. The whole show was just awesome. I cant really put into words on a keyboard how cool it was being there. They said 150,000 people were there Saturday and I wouldn't surprised it there actually were that many. I have to say the best was the F-18, slightly edging the F-15 even though it had "mechanical" issues after its third pass. The F-18 had to be about 5 mph below the speed of sound and he was about 100 feet off the ground and almost right over the crowd, so I would say he was about 150 feet away if you drew a line from me to the plane. I mean, this guy came in on the crowd hauling, burners on, and flew the fastest I have ever seen a plane go. The cloud even formed that forms when planes break the sound barrier, a huge cloud. Then it was really weird because as we were being blasted with the loudest noise I have ever heard coming from those General Electric F414-GE-400 turbofans, an odd sound came from the plane. It was like a loud Whoop. So if you read that word, that is exactly what it sounded like. Then they said something was wrong with the plane. By anyway, it was the best performance I have ever scene at an airshow ever. And coming from me, that's big time. With all the planes on static display that you could go an look at, and the thunder birds which were okay, it was the greatest airshow I have ever been to. It was actually better than any of the airshows I have been to put together. I really hope this starts a rivalry between the SeaFair airshow and the Mcchord airshow, so they keep trying to one-up each other and in the end, it's a better airshow than the last. Man I am tired now, I'll talk to you guys later.

I cannot believe this. You know the Mariners game tomorrow, the turn back the clock game where they are going to wear their 1989 jerseys. Well guess what, it's not televised. I could not think of a worse game not to televise. They have been hyping this game since the beginning of the season and now it's not even on the TV. I can't even put into words how angry I am at the Mariners. I don't know why this makes me so mad, maybe because every game, at least twice, I have to hear the Final Countdown, watch a Rubix cube and Moose hug, then watch some stupid highlights of a sucky team. Well they might have been better than the team we have now. Why don't they not televise one of their stupid Wednesday day games in Chicago that starts at 10:35 our time. Why not that one, why the one where you are going to go through all this trouble of making and wearing new jerseys and not even putting it on TV. I am disgusted. Maybe this was just the tipping point for me because of how bad they have been, I don't know.

But I wouldn't be able to watch the game tomorrow anyway because I am going to the McChord Air Expo. I cant wait!!! The Thunderbirds, F-18s, F-15s, a B-2, it is going to be so cool!!! And really loud. I am hoping I might be able to take a picture and get it put on Airliners.net but most likely not because the pictures on there are really good. My only hope would be to get a close up of an engine or cockpit or something like that. So yeah, I better get to sleep because I have to wake up pretty early to get to the airshow. SO I will talk to all you guys later.

Well the last few days I have been kind of under the weather so I haven't posted. I really wanted to post after the Home Run Derby but then it got really late really fast so I didn't. But geez, that Josh Hamilton. It's a great story and now I might go to a Texas game just to get his autograph, and I might have a shot considering only like 100 people would go to a Rangers, Mariners game. But now, like a lot of people, I think it should be whoever hits the most home runs over all. Now of this reset for the final stuff. Man he put on a clinic. He reminded me of me, like the time I was blasting home runs in Roosevelt's home run derby. And just like him I over exerted myself in the first round and didn't win. But it was a good show and I am glad I watched the whole thing for once, because usually they are boring and last to long.

But there was one other thing that went a really long time, the All Star Game. I thought it was great that the game went that long, Yankee Stadium just wanted that game to go on forever. But it was a really good game and I am glad that J.D. Drew got the MVP because hes on my fantasy team. Even though that doesn't mean anything. Now there is this whole controversy about pitchers pitching in the game when they shouldn't because they just pitched. My solution would be not even have pitchers who pitched on Sunday even go to the game or put the All Star Game on Wednesday and have Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday off. I think the ladder would be the prefect solution. Man I am getting pretty tired, I'm gonna go rest. I will talk to all of you guys later. Oh yeah and Nate McLouth looks exactly like Jeff Burton.

This weekend took forever to get though but it was actually a lot of fun and very insightful. I started my aviation career this weekend. I began to take a ground school course. Even though taking ground school is not needed to get a private pilot's licence, it is needed if you one day wan to get a commercial pilot rating. So when they asked if I wanted to do it, I said why not? All I have to do it take an extra test at the end, but this stuff is pretty manageable. Mostly because there in only three answers to choose from and all the questions are available to the public and is what we study. So I think I will do pretty well on the FAA written test and you only need a 70% on the test to pass.

There are a few things I have some trouble with. Mostly the Center of Gravity questions and reading graphs. I think its mostly just knowing exactly what the question is asking and not becoming to nervous about all the extra information that you don't really need. That mostly happens in the Graph questions. But since the answers are the same as the real test, I'll just memorize the answers, but I guess there are like 15 questions on interpreting graphs.

This may not be the worst Mariners team I have ever seen but it is for sure, the most disappointing. Why did we release Richie? I mean I know why but at least he has the ability to have a ball hit the barrel of his bat and have it fly over the outfield fence. To me, at this point, makes no sense at all. Who can hit a home run in the Mariners line up? Raul and Beltre. Lopez only hits bases clearing doubles. Man, I am just so happy that we now get to watch Vidro and/or Cairo strut out to 1st every night. Richie plays better defence that both and Cairo's batting average is actually worse than Richies, and he has zero power. Vidro has hit into enough bases loaded, one out, double plays for the entire team, except he is only one person. I mean I can see why they would do and and why they should do it, but it is way too late. Just ride out the season and let him go quietly. But there is one more thing, is there any way to see how many hits a team has? Not batting average but hits. I think the Mariners would have to be in the top five. They lost 2-3 today and had ten hits. They had the bases loaded twice. It happens all the time and Vidros 39 RBI seems like it is a misprint to me. Watching my second least favorite player in MLB hit a walk off home run, man that just sucked. Well really have much else to say but I really don't like this Richie move, they should have released Vidro long before Richie. So I will talk to all you guys later.

Well I was going to write about how the Mariners had a golden opportunity to turn the season around even though it is way to late to be turned around. But guess what, they made the most of the opportunity and ended up wining the game. The point was when Blanton casually loaded the bases then let Jose Lopez line a bases clearing double down the line. That tied it and they added two more runs later in the inning. So yeah, they're turning this sinking ship around and there might be hope for our flailing Mariners.

But I really don't have anything else to say. Oh yeah, Pedroia should not be the starting second basemen for the AL All-Star Team. Total east coast bias again. Lopez deserved to be on that team and Shawn Green should have been one of the five guys you could vote in. Well whatever, I'll talk to you guys tomorrow.

Sorry guys but I had no idea that I have gone this long without posting. Well how about those Mariners. They suck again. Silva and Washburn give us all those good innings and we continue to lay a goose egg (well except for Richie's home run but we lost anyway) on the offensive side. Man this sucks because we suck.

But I went to the game on Sunday and it was pretty fun because I got Edgar Renteria's and Fernando Rodney's autograph. I left in the 13th and was kind of mad I didn't get to see Jamie Burke pitch. And whats with Burke getting a new phone because too many people were calling him to congratulate him about pitching. He should soak that up because I just have a feeling that he isn't even going to be in the pros that much longer because we are already pretty covered with out catchers. Who does he think he is. Jeez Burke you have to live that up and not be so nonchalant about it. You just pitched in a major league game!!!! And your a catcher!!! That dude has got to cherish every moment because he is pretty old. That's everything I have got to say so I will talk to all of you guys later.

That whole Sonics thing is still making me so mad but the more I think about it, the more I know that Schultz is going to win his case. You see that article written by Barry Trammel in Oklahoma? Okay, who's the funny man pressing refresh. 30 views in one day? I don't think so. Well as I am sure you all know, the NBA, City, Clay Bennett, Stern and anyone else affiliated with the City or the Sonics let every fan down. I really hope Nichols and all Seattle City Council members and Governor all lose when they are up for re-election. This sucks. The buy out is horrible and all they got is the "hope" that the NBA will help Seattle get a team. Then Clay cries his little butt off in his press conference and that stupid czar Stern talks about being "optimistic" about getting a team in Seattle. I really hope we don't have to stoop down to Clay Bennett's level to get a team back in Seattle. I wish when Stern starts kissing Ballmers butt trying to have him buy a team he says "No, not after what you did to my city." I know he will never say that but the whole time I was in favor of the scorched Earth policy towards this whole situation.

J.A. Adandes article on ESPN.com was pretty good but it's a little too late. He should have written that when the owners voted or before this whole thing had to being unfairly settled. At least he rips into Stern and the "NBA Cares" ad campaign. Saying Stern just helped his buddy Bennett and that the phrase should really be "The NBA Cares...about Money" This all is so stupid. I could go on forever but I am going to stop now. But just remember, this is all Shultz's fault.

Wow, my views went up nine in like three hours tonight. I sure hope that wasn't some wise guy pressing refresh. But what I wanted to mention was that the iPhone will have a new month to month plan where you don't have to subscribe for two years to AT&T so it looks like my odds of getting the phone and keeping it are pretty good.

Well anyway, today was a really cool day. I met a guy who plays for the Tacoma Rainier's at work and I just asked him questions about what it's like to be in the minor leagues. He was telling me his story of getting changed from pitcher to 3rd base and what his college experiences were like. He was telling me that he's injured now, so that's why he needs a job. Apparently the Rainier's don't pay that well and since he only goes to home games because hes injured, when there on road trips he needs to have some type of work. It was pretty cool hearing his story and telling me what spring training was like form the inside.

But then later in the day I went to my moms office in Renton and decided to visit Bob Dempster. He is the one building a Douglas World Cruiser and is going to fly it around the world. Taking off from Sand Point and ladding at Boeing field in commemoration of the first round the world flight that left form Sand Point NAS. When it was a NAS. Naval Air Station for all you losers out there who don't know what that means. He was showing me his plane he flew around the world in the first time, a modified Piper Super Cub. It was pretty cool and hes letting anyone who walks up help them build the Douglass World Cruiser. So I might have just found a senior project. But anyway, he said he would have to take me flying some time and overall it was really cool because he let me hold artifacts that he dug out of the ground from the wreckage of one of the planes from the first flight in 1924. SO I guess I left you guys a good little story to liven up your dull summers, talk to you guys later. You guys see Richie Sexson hit that bomb. Yeah he's good.

OMG!!!!! 1000 views!! Who was 1000, you should leave a comment. But sorry for not updating yesterday. I kind of started this as an excuse to not do homework, but now that I just sit around, I get too lazy and don't update. I will most likely be updating about once every two days but I will try to do it everyday. I been slacking off on this like I have been with Harry Potter. I still haven't finished the last book and haven't read it in like three days.

Well, you see the Mariners games today. Halladay is really good but that Bob Davidson is losing it. They would talk about how good of a balls and strikes ump he is. Every time Halladay had 3 balls on a guy he automatically called the next one a strike. Richie should have gotten up in his face after that one where he was 3-0. That was so far outside and low. I was yelling at the TV. Then he calls that one on Ibanez and I flipped out again. That guy better retire because hes lost it.

Oh and I got a job today. I will be a telemarketer selling magazine subscriptions. It's pretty close to my house and should be a good experience. Well I guess that's all I have to say so I will talk to you all later.

I really just wanted to have that picture of an iPhone up so you all could look at it. But have you guys seen the story about that house being built from a 747? Well guess where the house is...Malibu, ya so the people are really rich and they keep talking about how their recycling it and its helping the environment and all that stuff. Well guess what the nose section is being used for. Just guess...a meditation room. And the main body of the plane...an art studio. Please don't give me all that stuff about recycling and helping the environment and all that when you have enough time to build an art studio and you're building a house made of a 100 million dollar airplane. Even though its just the fuselage and wings which only costs 40,000. But still if you so gun-ho about saving the environment and can afford the 2 million dollars to build the house, why don't you put that 2 million towards saving lives in Africa or donate it instead of building a stupid art studio and meditation room. Don't say your saving the environment when your spending 2 million dollars to make your already existing house look cooler. That just makes me so mad.

And that story about that guy who has about 3500 baseballs that he got over all the years going to baseball games. And hes only in his 20's. He says he averages 7.8 balls a game. What a joke. I got 3 balls at a game once and gave my third one away and gave my other one to my friend. He says that he gives the balls to kids if they have a glove. He should give all those away. Guess where he keeps them all, his parents house. Man that dude, I don't even know. Those people make me mad so I'll talk to you all later.

I accidental viewed this blog like ten times so my views went way up. I kept having trouble with the pictures of the flight computer. But the other day I went to get a new phone. I really wanted to get a cool phone but we have sprint so I would have to settle for something that is compatible with sprints network. So because I have had my phone for two years I get a $75 credit and because we renewed my contract I get another $75. So I had $150 in credit and I wanted a $130 phone. Well the sales guy has no idea what hes doing and has no idea how the credits work and was trying to have me buy these really stupid phones because apparently the $150 does nothing, it actually adds to the cost of the phone which I don't believe at all. So because of this guys total ignorance about phones, we didn't buy anything and we left.

SO I still have my phone and just before I get to this next thing, I felt like I have deserved some good karma coming my way with a few things I have done over the last month. Well I was rewarded. The day after we spurned sprint's phones my mom had a convention thing. Anyway she gets home and she said your not gonna believe what I won. She won an...........iPhone. A new one, one that doesn't even come out until July 11th. I couldn't believe it, but we might not even get it because the plan costs so much and we have sprint. But whatever, I really want that phone so I might have to get a job. Well that's all I have to say so I will talk to you guys later.

It's good to see the Mariners finally put a whoopin on somebody. Too bad we only get to play the Mets every three years. But I just hope in these next four games, Richie Sexons could put on a show for the national league scouts because the word is that Richie wont play another home game as a Mariner. Well he's still on my Fantasy team becuase after a day like this, how can you afford not to have him on your team.

Oh did you guys see that header under the title. Yeah I think it pretty much sums up what I am gonna do. Also I submitted this to yahoo to be some website thing where people come and look at it and I figure the people judging my site will think it's funny. I also realized that you can have cool layouts instead of my boring mild colors. There was one pretty cool layout but it was for myspace and then there was another one with airplanes but I think it is a little too in your face. Felix Hernandez's home run was only #7 on top ten plays?!?!? WTF!!!! It wasn't only a home run, it was a GRAND SLAM! That means that it isn't even going to be in the top ten for the week. I cant believe it. It was even hit in New York against Johan Santana. ESPN is like FSN-NY and it was against Johan Santana, all ESPN does in talk about underdogs, New England teams, New York teams, some big name wide receivers and Pacman Jones. At least they tried to redeem themselves on baseball tonight by going in depth about the Mariners game. Then he gets taken out on a slide home by Beltran and has to be taken out of the game. Hopefully it's just a mild sprain so he can pitch his next game, but I hope they give him a rest because they have an off day Thursday so they could skip his spot in the rotation and still be on track. The thing is, the Mariners aren't even the worst team in baseball. It's just too bad we have to be the team to have a meltdown like this.

But some emotion was finally shown when Felix hit that home run, Bedard was dancing around the dugout and shaking Silva next to him. I hope Silva gave him an ear full about trying and now Bedard will want to stay in Seattle. Then when Green gave up a run ninth the ninth and threw his mitt into the ground. This is the type of thing this team needs. Hopefully we can turn this ship around. And Lee Pelekoudas will sign Felix and Bedard long term.

I sen tan email to Larry Stone of the Seattle Times about having John Clayton be the new Mariners GM. I just said how he was already in the NFL Hall of Fame and he is the prefect nerd to be a GM. Larry Stone wrote back "Heck, if we're going to consider a writer, I want the job!" He'd be a good GM too. I'll talk to all you guys tomorrow.

Man, I am so sorry that I haven't updated in a long time. I just wanted my last one I wrote to sit around as my top one a while. Really just so I could brag about getting 3 balls which is a new record that wont be broken until I play in the major leagues and I can take home as many as I want. I almost updated last night but it was like 11:50 and I just wanted to rest.

Well yesterday I had volunteering at he museum of flight and we interviewed aviation artists. It was really cool because a few of them had some pretty good stories. One guy, Hank Caruso, is honorary Naval Aviator #27 and this title has been around since 1949. Yeah there is only 27 of them. He draws cartoon type planes which a lot of squadrons use as their squadron art. It's pretty cool. He told us a story about going flying with the Blue Angels during a practice show and getting to fly with some Marines based out of Whidbey, yes the plane Kyle and I got to and look at the planes up close. He went on a practice bombing run with a Marine pilot over the cascades and the pilot was joking with him about how hard it is to see and fly in the mountains, of course the pilot was kidding. They buzzed a yacht a pilot just did it to see the people on the boat wave at them. He had lots of other stories and he was a great interview.

Oh one more thing, I signed up for ground school on Thursday, so my aviation career will begin this July. Its only a four day class but its a total of 40 hours in those four days. It will all be worth it but some of the stuff they gave me is a little confusing. Like the maps which are almost impossible to read because of all the stuff on them and the "Flight Computer". Its just a compass that, I don't even know how to describe it. So I'll talk to you guys later.

With school over I decided to celebrate by going to the Mariners game. I went with my friend early hoping to get Mike Jacobs autograph. Well that didn't go to well so we went to the outfield hoping to catch a home run during BP. I thought it was going to be a rough day at the office but then thing started to look up. First Mike Jacobs hit a ball that was only about three feet from my glove, but the dude next to me blew it and the ball fell into the gap between the fence and the stands. The line drive after line drive was being hit but the guys shagging, which I later learned was Renyel Pinto and some other relief pitcher who's last name was Nelson, weren't throwing any balls into the stands.

I have become a pro at getting balls during and before as well as after games. I say I average, since I have become good at getting them, one per game, with my record being two. And those two came at the Mariners 116th win, just a little footnote. Well this game was going to be a record setter. So some guy hits a line drive that Pinto misplays and it rolls to the fence directly below me. With me being so good at wooing players, I get Pinto to laugh and he tries to toss me the ball behind his back, but it comes up short and hits the fence. Everyone booed me but it was way out of my reach. Then he just threw it up to me.

Now everybody sitting around me starts getting mad because I walked up like 10 minutes before and hadn't really said much. So Jim and I booked it out of there to the bullpen. I just had to do the speed gun which is off by like 15 mph and once I started throwing a crowd gathered. One guy even said "That kid will be throwing 95 pretty soon." I really hope he is American so he wasn't talking about kilometers per hour. Most of them didn't register but I think that's cause I was throwing it too fast for the gun. Anyway the fastest one I got was 72 mph and because that thing is so far off, it was really like 85 mph.

After that we went down to the Marlins bullpen and spotted a ball from BP that I wanted to get. A Marlins bullpen catcher, Arsenault, gladly gave it to me after I got his name right. But he left and I spotted a ball he didn't under a chair. So that old Sheriff who's always in the bullpen was going around collecting them and giving them away. I ask him if I could get the one under that chair. Straightfraced, he pick it up and tossed it to me. As I walked away I said "I loved your work in the All-Star game." I know that was seven years ago but heck, 1995 was 13 years ago and the Mariners are still shoving that down our throats. He chuckled and looked back as he walked away.

So getting balls is pretty easy, just go to the bullpen and beg for the home runs from BP or be really funny and make sure that players hear you.

The Mariners finally showed they care about if they win or lose. As you most likely already know, they finally fired the GM Bill Bavasi. It had to be done and it should have been done a long time ago. Hopefully they get Brian Cashmen from the Yankees but it's just a rumor started by Buster Olney. God, the Mariners lost today and well, this season is a loss so we better start trading guys away for our run next year.

Well school officially ends tomorrow even though I have no tests. It was a good year but I am really glad it is going to be over. I don't have much to say today, so I think I will talk to you guys tomorrow and look back on some of Bavasi's greatest trades. Remember the good old days of Jeff Weaver and Horacio Ramirez or even Spezio, those were the days...

I'll start off with a little about the Mariners, they suck and when I go to the game on Tuesday I am gonna wear a paper bag on my head. Jarrod Washburn articulated it best when he said after today's game, "We're just bad." He's just telling it like it is.

So today was the Olympic airshow at the Olympia regional airport. It was packed because it was such a nice day outside and an F-18 hornet was preforming. So the show went as usual, I talked to an instructor for the Air Force who was at his plane, a T-6 Texan II. But so while I was waiting in line for some curly fries the T-38 Talon came out of nowhere and surprised everybody. It's a jet trainer but it cant break the sound barrier but it nevertheless loud. As I am waiting in line this old guy next to me told some lady when the F-18 was coming which was at 3:00. Then he said how McChord Air Force base is going to have its airshow and I couldn't believe my ears, he said the thunder birds where going to be there. They are the Air Force copy of the Blue Angels. When we got home and I checked, they are going to be there as well at a ton of other cool air force planes like the B-2 bomber!!! And a F-18 superhornet and an F-15 and an F-22 will be on static. It's July 19 and 20 at McChord and the website is here.

So the F-18 today was one of the coolest things I have ever scene. I just kept making passes, super low and fast. And loud, really loud. It was good having it painted like a real fighter jet and not a Blue Angel. I talked to some of the guys who I think were pilots but I know had something to do with the demonstration. anyway it was well worth the drive and I will be taking my first steps towards learning to fly, I am signing up for ground school in July, so once I pass the test, all I have to do is actually learn to fly. I will talk to you all tomorrow, after I hopefully do good on my chemistry final. ;)

Well today I had a volunteering thing at the museum of flight. It was okay but it was really cool getting to stand outside while all the helicopters took off. There was a helicopter show at the museum and so I was outside as they all left. The Chinook was by far the best because it took off then flew sideways the wrong way before whipping around and flying low right over the parking lot with a guy hanging out back waving. It was pretty cool.

Then a flight of F-18s came into land and I'm hoping that they are all going to be at the Olympic air museum tomorrow for the airshow because it said that they were going to have at least one. But what was cool was that when the first three came into land they were pretty quiet for a fight jet but still really loud overall. But then the fourth guy came in a gunned it right above the runway and even the ground shook. It was really cool. So I'll tlak to you all tomorrow but most likely wont.

The Mariners are the worst team in the history of baseball. Now even when the F$%@#&% umps are calling horrible strikes on you, I don't even know what to say. Fire McLaren and Bavasi now is all I can think of. Mclaren should have gotten himself thrown out after those calls on Richie and Bavasi should have lost his job three years ago. God we are just the worst team. Threes nothing we can do to win a game.

Well there's a lot more I want to say about that but none of it's appropriate. We only have two days left of school and we had our first finals today. I had journalism and AP US History. I am already locked into an a in AP US but there was a little controversy and journalism, well anyone that I talked to knows how that one went. I just hope my A is high enough that my grade won't go down.

Tomorrow at the Museum of Flight, there is that gala thing that I am volunteering at. But as I am volunteering, which I will be outside, the helicopters from the helicopter airshow will be taking-off which will be really cool. Yeah, I might talk to you tomorrow.

I'm pretty happy because my grade in AP US is locked at an A because we did our newscast today. It went only but I think it would have been a lot better if we had one more day to prepare because we could have used more over the shoulder graphics. I'm just happy I got an A.

Yeah I don't really have much else to talk about. But I hate when the Mariners have day games on the east coast followed by off days. It makes it so I can't watch their game for two days which by my standards is way too long to wait. But they won today which is really good because it's their first away series win since the third week in April, but unfortunately, its no surprise it's been that long. But now with Morrow as our new closer, who I picked up btw in my corrupt fantasy league, we will go on a tear and start to win games with our youthful team. I think we might lose one game against all the National league teams we play, so that will put us right back into the mix before the All-Star break.

Oh yeah and school gets out in less that a week and Ms. L. is still trying to teach us stuff. Well it's logs and they are stupid because I'm never gonna use them and so yeah like um. I'll talk to you guys tomorrow.

Today this guy from the state department came to our AP US class to talk about being a foreign services officer for the man. This guy looked pretty small to be a spy, but I guess size doesn't matter. He was pretty good and was able to brush off a few questions wrought with propaganda. I wanted to ask if they have foreign pilot officers but I decided against it. Oh and in that class tomorrow we have to present our newscast which we decided would be best if we did it in front of the class instead of video tapping it. Well we're gonna have to see how it goes, but if everyone brings in their stick heads, ours will kick butt. I got a good picture of Bill Clinton I blew up and he's got this really funny look on his face so everyone will laugh, hopefully.

Okay, the NBA is a total conspiracy. So just when the spotlight is finally gonna be on Seattle for the Sonics trial, that ref who is already locked up has to go running his mouth about how the NBA rigged playoff games so more people would watch. Well, most likely, hes telling the truth and Stern is gonna get fired like he already should have been. But it will take away from the trial because Steven A. Smith will just be talking bad about this guy is the whole time. God Steven A. Smith is the worst sports.... I don't even know what to call him? A sports personality? He just talks about how great the NBA is and that this ref is lying to cover his own butt. Well duh, he is. There's no way Steven wouldn't rat everyone else out he could think of if he was in that ref situation. Why not bring everyone else down with you, including the league. All I learned today is that Steven A. Smith, according to him, isn't a rat and would never snitch even if it was part of a bigger conspiracy and that hydrogen mixed with oxygen is one of the few combustion reactions where CO2 isn't a product. Wow, the 50 posts mark. I really don't have much to say about today except I left my math notebook in my locker and forgot it at school. But then I remembered school is almost over and I was like forget it and I left it there. I don't need it anyway. Ms. L. gave us these sheets and she expects us to learn another chapter even though we have already taken the final, which I only got one wrong on btw. Lol I used btw. It was funny because in class we all talked before Ms. L. got in the room that we were used going to stare at her the whole time and not write anything down. Yeah, that lasted long. So she calls on me right as I'm playing uncle worm on my calculator and shes asks me a question and I just look at the question and, well, I got it right. Then everyone gets mad at me for answering the question and I said "If its any consolation, it was a guess." Well so everyone starts taking notes and so I guess we are going to learn this chapter even though we're like done with the class.

Man, you guys see that Mariners game today? Now that was a good one. We hit that home run in the first inning and don't score until the 10th. Yeah Lee Elia is the answer for hitting coach. Apparently Bavasi wants to fire Stottlemyre to cover his own butt but the only problem is that Stotts is the best pitching coach in all of major league baseball, the pitchers just suck. But I traded Bedard back for Mark Hendrickson, so the universe is now restored and the Mariners can now go on to win the World Series. Oh and JJ Putz's save was a masterpiece, just the kind of save we need when we're already sucking like this. Well we won and that's all that important. See you all tomorrow.
